$1000.00 for all orders shipped by common carrier. $400.00 for all orders delivered by aw pottery trucks. No minimum on warehouse pickup.
All prices are FOB our Lynnwood, Washington warehouse. Please call for a freight quote. We deliver in our own trucks in the Seattle area and along I-5 between Eugene, OR and Vancouver BC. We ship by common carrier to other locations in the United States and elsewhere and by Parcel service within the continental US.
Along the I-5 corridor in the northwest we deliver in our own trucks. Several orders are consolidated in our trucks for each city/route. This keeps the delivery charge low. Every effort will be made to accommodate our customers' delivery requests, however, delivery schedules ultimately depend on the best planned route for all customers.
Drivers cannot deliver goods up or down flights of stairs. For residential stops, delivery is generally made to the driveway or adjacent area - placing the pots is the designer's responsibility. Delivery charges on our own trucks vary by distance and volume. Please call for a quote.
Trucking companies commonly deliver on their trucks. This means that if you require assistance in moving goods to the sidewalk or into your business there will be an additional charge. Residential (home business) deliveries also incur extra charges. We can provide estimates of freight and can arrange shipping, however, final charges may vary and are the customer's responsibility. Our freight charges are nothing more than what the freight companies bill us.
Only items 14" or smaller can be sent by parcel post. This is because the packing material placed around the pottery adds to the dimensions and reaches the limits of the maximum allowable volume.
Great care is taken in packing. Goods are shrink-wrapped onto pallets and then sheathed with Styrofoam. This is a costly process but it does protect the goods from damage in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to open the pallet up while the driver waits. This is to ensure that if there is any damage the trucking company has this recorded on their delivery receipt.
Properly verified claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Please let us know if you would like us to Back Order an item if it is not available when we ship your order.
